Driver waves out window as car is dragged by semi across highway, Illinois video shows

A wild video shows a semi driver traveling down an Illinois roadway while dragging along a car — with a driver inside of it.

Miraculously, no one was injured in the incident caught on camera on Interstate 294 in Cook County, WGN reported.

The car was wedged in the middle of the semi and hanging into the right lane, forcing the passing motorist to switch lanes as his dash cam captured the footage.

As the motorist gets closer to the semi, the car’s driver pokes their head out the window and waves at the passing vehicle. The car was positioned horizontally as the semi continued driving on the interstate.

The sound of screeching tires can be heard as the video ends, with all drivers unharmed.

The semi was eventually pulled over, and two lanes of the interstate were closed for about 20 minutes, TMJ reported.
