Prepare to be dazzled by a mystical, winter wonderland home that has recently hit the real estate market in Utah — and then lose some wits after seeing its hefty price tag.

The home is called Monitor’s Rest, and the striking six-bedroom, 11-bathroom mega mansion is listed for a whopping $50 million. In case you’re wondering why that is, just take a peek at the inside and you’ll see why it won Robb Report’s Best of the Best award for “best amenities,” the listing on Zillow.com says.

“Nestled mountainside at the base of Monitor Bowl on Park City Mountain Resort, this home has been designed to be the finest expression of mountain living anywhere,” the listing says. “This true legacy-quality modern compound on 5 ski-in/ski-out acres is located within the exclusive gated enclave of The Colony at White Pine Canyon and provides stunning views of Monitor Bowl and the ski resort.”

The truckload of amenities across the 17,567 square feet includes:

  • Croatian limestone

  • Copper roof

  • Indoor/outdoor pool

  • Wellness spa with gym

  • Sauna

  • Massage room

  • Indoor sports court

  • Climbing wall

  • Golf simulator

  • Bowling alley

  • Guard’s tower

While the residence is certainly a looker, some folks on Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook page and Twitter account that highlights unique properties for sale, were freaking out over the price.

“Looks great but I’m a millennial, I’ll never be even close to even the HOA fees even if I cut out avocado toast,” one person joked. “Looks like a great museum piece for the apocalypse though.”

“I think the skis on the ceiling is very cool, but if I’m going to visit my billionaire friends ski house, I’m not going to be very impressed if I’m sleeping in a bunk bed and sharing a room with seven other people,” another noted.

“I did not see a dog grooming station. I’ll pass,” someone said.

“Beautiful house! But I’m sorry - I could never settle for just a one-lane bowling alley!” one person commented.

“The wellness intelligence network is neat, but I need to make sure the house has ample pantry space for my Cheetos,” another noted.

“That’s a lot of bathrooms to clean,” someone observed.

Geez!” one person tweeted.

Anyone have $50M I can borrow?” another asked.

Park City is about 30 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.
