Former President Donald Trump made history Tuesday when he was arraigned in a Manhattan courthouse. He’s now the first former president to face criminal charges.

Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 charges of falsifying business records that stem from a hush-money payment to a porn actress during his 2016 campaign.
