Lavish oasis up for sale in Connecticut is the home of BeautyRx founder. Take a look

The CEO and founder of the award-winning product line BeautyRx has put his lavish estate on the real estate market in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Listed for $27.95 million, the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom residence was listed by Stuart Schultz, who founded the company as an “effective, credible prescription for beauty,” a news release said.

The home, which was built in 1913, offers a unique way of upscale living and has been completely renovated.

“Capturing magnificent light and striking water vistas, this resort-like aerie sits high above Indian Harbor on 292’ of private water frontage with a waterside entertaining deck, boathouse and floating dock,” the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says. “A down to the studs gut renovation expertly showcases the original historic home while adding a contemporary aesthetic.”

Features include:

  • “Glassed-in chef’s kitchen”

  • Views

  • Outdoor dining area

  • Terrace

  • Study

  • Private primary suite balcony

  • 1,200 bottle wine cellar

There is also a “wellness center,” the release says, complete with a steam room and sauna.

The listing is held by Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s International Realty – Greenwich Brokerage.

Greenwich is about 35 miles northeast of New York City.
