NFL quarterback Derek Carr lists his lavish Las Vegas compound for $9M. Check it out

NFL quarterback Derek Carr might be impressing coaches during training camp with the New Orleans Saints, but he has unfinished business back in his old stomping ground of Las Vegas — mainly unloading his lavish compound for $8.99 million.

The ex-Raider and his wife, Heather Carr, purchased the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate when it was under construction in 2019 and it was announced that the team was moving to Sin City in 2020.

Since it was still being built, the couple was able to add their own personal touches to the 9,628-square-foot property, including pools and a guest house, a news release said.

“This one-of-a-kind privately-owned, exclusive estate provides a high level of privacy and seclusion for the residents and is accessible only to the owners and their guests,” the listing on Coldwell Banker Luxury says.

“Perfect for professional entertainers, athletes or highly discerning clientele who expect only quality and exclusivity. This architecturally stunning masterpiece is exactly what you’re looking for!”

Features of the home, per the listing, include:

  • Office space

  • Media room

  • Sports area

  • Golf simulator

  • Yoga space

  • Open floor plan

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Resort-like backyard

  • Two pools

  • Outdoor barbecue

  • Eight-car garage

  • Caretaker’s cottage

The listing is held by Stan Hicks.

Carr was drafted by the Raiders during the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft and became a four-time Pro Bowler with the team and helped them reach the playoffs in 2016 and 2021.

Carr signed a four-year contract worth $150 million with the Saints in 2023.
