Lucky gambler bets $3.75 on slot machine and hits jackpot at Las Vegas casino

A gambler went to a Mardi Gras-themed casino in Las Vegas and hit it big at a slot machine.

The lucky player won $50,000.

The visitor sat at a Tiger and Dragon slot machine at The Orleans Hotel & Casino, the hotel posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Oct. 5.

The player bet $3.75, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.

“Congrats to this Vegas local on turning a $3.75 bet into a $50k jackpot!” the hotel said in the post.

The Orleans Hotel & Casino is about a 2-mile drive west from the Strip. It’s decorated to resemble the New Orleans French Quarter and Mardi Gras.
