Tiny pup with taste for chaos still has ‘soft side.’ He needs home with no kids
Are you in the need to turn your entire world upside down by inviting a bitty little demon with a nose for chaos and affection into your world and bed? Then this Texas gremlin might be for you.
Buyer beware.
“Well, well, well, so you think you can handle a 1 year old chihuahua huh? Well allow me Pac-Man, to decide that,” the South Plains Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in Lubbock said in a witty Sept. 10 Facebook post.
Past and present chihuahua owners know how their personality … works. They’re feral cats, who are high on cat nip, in the shape of a dog. They’re the canine equivalent of a 5-foot-1 ballerina picking a fight with a 6-foot-5, 300-pound NFL linebacker. They’re Satan with big eyes and a squeaky bark.
“Have you ever just been walking in the neighborhood, and before you know it you’re running for your life against a 3 pounder? No?” the shelter asked.
“Ok how about this one, have you ever been walking your bigger dogs and before you know it you’re suffering from (severe) whiplash because the 3 pound chihuahua chased your 90 pound weenie of a Rottweiler down the street? Yes?”
Well, that’s Pac-Man … who claims to be none of those.
“A lot of people think we’re the evil spawn of all dog breeds, which from the questions I asked above say it all. But I’m not that crazy,” the shelter notes.
There is a couple things to know about the young pup, including his dislikes:
Men.
“Believe it or not I do have a soft side which of course my foster mom is a witness to that, however, when it comes to her fiancé I don’t like the guy,” the shelter continues. “If he so much as opens his bedroom door to come out I’m on it like white on rice! He always tries to get me to trust him and always tries to hold me but not on my watch! Therefore I’m a lady’s man.”
Children are also a no-no.
“I need my house quiet and kid free. I don’t like the little boogers and they could easily hurt me with how small I am especially with me just getting done with a neck injury, which is slowly but surely clearing up,” the shelter said.
Pac-Man’s likes include:
- Being a breathing heater for his human at night
- Being a neck brace for his human while they drive
- Fluffy blankets on a fluffy bed
- Looking cute
- Being small
