Operation UNITE Treatment Referral Line: 1-866-908-6483. This toll-free line is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, for anyone seeking assistance with a drug addiction, and for family members in need of support. All calls are kept confidential. Anyone seeking help might be directed to short- or long-term treatment programs, drug court, or after-care support programs. Low-income residents in Kentucky’s 5th Congressional District might qualify for a voucher program that will help cover the costs of residential treatment for drug-related addictions.

Local police: Call 9-1-1 if you think the behavior you are reporting poses the threat of imminent harm to others.

Operation UNITE Tip Line: 1-866-424-4382. Operated in conjunction with Appalachia HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area), the UNITE tip line provides a way for callers to anonymously report suspicious activity. The line is manned from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. During all other times callers can leave confidential tip information on an answering machine.
