Panama City Beach Police are looking for a missing Kentucky woman

A Kentucky woman has been missing in Florida since Friday, and police have asked for help finding her.

Nancy Meither was last seen near Sunbird Condominiums in Panama City Beach Friday evening, Panama City Beach Police said.

The Panama City News Herald reported that Meither, 66, of Dry Ridge, had been sitting on the beach outside the condos with her husband, Jerel Meither.

Jerel Meither told police that when he went inside to go to bed, Nancy Meither, who did not have her cell phone with her, stayed behind. He later woke up and realized she had never come back in, the newspaper reported.

Police said said Nancy Meither was last seen wearing a black and gray swimsuit.
