School bus involved in fatal Pulaski County crash.

A driver died Tuesday morning after his vehicle slammed into a school bus in Pulaski County, according to the Somerset police captain.

Captain Mike Correll said the crash happened on Ky. 914 at the Rose Road intersection, where the vehicle rear-ended the bus after the bus slowed down significantly.

He was unsure if the bus was slowing down to pick up a passenger or to turn onto Rose Road.

Students were on the bus but there were no injuries, Correll said. The students were provided transportation to their schools, according to Correll.

WKYT-TV identified the driver who died after colliding with the bus as Justin Vanover, 38.
