After a blackout that started in July, LEX 18 announced Sunday that it is now back on air for Dish Network users.

The station and others owned by E.W. Scripps Company were removed from Dish Network in July after Scripps and Dish were unable to agree on the fee Dish would have to pay to re-transmit the stations’ signals. The blackout affected dozens of local stations in 31 states, Dish said in July.

“Scripps has reached an agreement with Dish, and all Scripps stations are back on the air for Dish subscribers today,” Scripps said on social media Sunday. “We apologize for the disruption in service and thank you for your loyalty and patience through this period.”

Both Scripps and Dish took to social media during the blackout, both blaming the fee disagreement on the other.

Dish responded to users’ complaints on Twitter during the blackout saying that Scripps had refused their fair offers, while Scripps released their own statement saying that Dish was misrepresenting the situation.
