Central Kentucky man dies after ATV overturns in creek in Laurel County
A man from Bourbon County died after an ATV crash in Laurel County on New Year’s Day.
Michael Strong, 55, of Paris, was driving an ATV near Callahan Falls, about 9 miles north of London, when the vehicle flipped into a creek at 6:43 p.m., the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said.
Strong was taken to St. Joseph Hospital London, where he was pronounced dead soon after, according to the sheriff’s office.
An autopsy was scheduled to determine the cause of death. No other details have been released.
