A black bear was spotted roaming through a Kentucky neighborhood over the weekend, according to the Mt. Sterling Police Department.

The bear was captured on a person’s Ring camera on Sunset Ridge Drive in Mt. Sterling overnight Saturday, June 6, into Sunday. No other sightings of the bear have been confirmed by law enforcement.

Police said anyone that spots the bear should call local dispatch or Kentucky Fish and Wildlife.
