A Danville photographer pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography, the attorney general's office announced Tuesday.
Under the plea agreement, Terry Alan Hadley, 46, of Aperture Studios, faces seven years in prison after pleading guilty June 16 to four counts of possession of materials portraying a sexual performance by a minor, according to a press release from Attorney General Jack Conway.
Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 2.
"Because of the hard work of everyone involved, we have put another child pornographer behind bars and made the Internet a safer place for Kentucky kids," Conway said in the written release.

The attorney general's cybercrimes unit began investigating Hadley Dec. 11, 2009, after a Danville computer store found child pornography on a computer brought to them for servicing. A search warrant was served Dec. 22 on Hadley's residence and photo studio. Hadley was arrested the same day.
