“He had been looking for a while, but he made a move quickly because he wanted to be quarantined there,” a source told the paper. The rapper also co-owns Swan restaurant in the Design District with Dave Grutman.

His quarantine quarters — designed by Cesar Molina with landscaping by Raymond Jungles — include a wine cellar, library, fireplace, elevator, pool, 11 1/2 baths, boathouse and garage for five-plus cars, according to the listing on the ONE Sotheby’s website.

The previous owners were Rainaldo and Liana Rodriguez, according to Miami-Dade property records. The home was built in 2006.

With more than 11,000 square feet of adjusted living space on 3.3 acres, Williams will have more room for his pop art collection than in the Bristol Tower penthouse he sold in 2016 for $9.25 million; it had only 9,000 square feet. He had another 1,200-square-foot unit there he sold for $415,000. Both were sold well below listing price.

Dennis Carvajal of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, brokered the deal, reports The Post. He did not return a call from the Miami Herald seeking comment Thursday.

Yvette Rivero of Mocca Realty represented the buyer.
