Trump pushing hate

Facts and reason are literally a foreign language to Donald Trump supporters. All they know is that they hate and he feeds their hate, and that’s enough for them.

If they didn’t believe the birther lie, he wouldn’t be a candidate. If the Republican Party loved voters as much as donors, he wouldn’t be a candidate. If Christian churches cared more about Christ than “conservative” politics, he wouldn’t be a candidate.

Trump is the result of 30 years of increasing polarization that has eliminated compromise from a government that cannot function without compromise.

If Trump wins, the party of Lincoln may well be responsible for fulfilling that president’s prediction that no foreign power would ever destroy the Republic, but that it could be done from within.

If you believe in all that is good and decent in our great country, you must vote against Trump.
