Kemper would do us proud

I have known Nancy Jo Kemper for many years and have always been impressed by her compassion for the underdog. She has a deep understanding of what life is like for the less fortunate among us and a real passion for helping them any way she can.

Kemper is very intelligent and possesses great leadership abilities which enabled her to lead the Kentucky Council of Churches as executive director for many years until she retired. This is an organization whose members have vastly different opinions.

She has always been involved with issues before the legislature and has informed the churches of those that would affect the people of faith. She is a courageous woman who is not afraid to speak out against what she considers unjust or dishonest. She would make a significant contribution to the U.S. House and one we could be proud of.
