Respect, not bloodshed

For the first time, I am ashamed to be a Kentuckian.

I read that the governor said that bloodshed might be the answer to keep the conservative ideology in the forefront. Bloodshed is never the answer in a free society.

Please let us remember the golden rule of Matthew 7:12, “therefore, whatever you would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them.”

Let us respect each other enough to work in peace for a better tomorrow for all.

Isaiah C. James IV
