Missing tax returns

Gov. Matt Bevin seems to feel it is his moral obligation to call people liars, when they in fact may be telling the truth.

Why then does he not feel it is his moral obligation to release his tax returns as he promised he would do after he was elected?

Then I have a moral obligation to call him what he really is ... a lair.
