New election only fair
In a football game when a touchdown is scored but interference is assessed, the touchdown is called back or disallowed. The team that benefited is not allowed to profit from it.
So it should be in the recent presidential election.
There is no longer any doubt that Russia interfered in the election in order to profit from the compliance and subservience of their preferred candidate, Donald Trump.
This interference has now been reported and confirmed by the CIA. Now while it cannot be empirically proven that this malfeasance cost Hillary Clinton the election, the odds are growing that it did.
She won the popular vote by a number approaching 3 million. The only reason she lost the Electoral College were losses in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. She lost the popular vote in these three states by a total of 107,000 votes.
That many voters could be seated in a medium-sized football stadium. There has never been a presidential election where the winner lost the popular vote by this many ballots but won in the Electoral College.
This election should be declared null and void and new elections (using paper ballots) held as early as possible.
