Happy ending

A recent letter writer asked Trump supporters if they're happy now. He called Trump egotistical, narcissistic, arrogant, prejudiced, rude, crude, ignorant, lying, ill-tempered, sexist, serial sex offender, horse's ass. He called Trump supporters fools.

I thought we were just despicable.

I'm no lover of Trump, I'm not even a Republican, but he's far better than a lying, elitist, pathologically money-hungry, mentally unstable, entitled, power-crazed, abortion-condoning north end of a south-bound jackass. Before you call me a sexist, I'm a woman.

I understand Hillary Clinton's supporters being devastated by her defeat, especially since they were so unprepared for it, yet most are accepting it calmly. Rabid progressives, however, have gone totally bananas. They need to get a grip and get over it.

Even though Clinton got the majority of the votes Trump got over 300 electoral votes. Progressives have had their way for the past eight years, and it's time for us to have ours. Oh, and by the way, yes, we are happy now.
