Free speech is the issue

I have no way of knowing what offenses University of Kentucky professor Buck Ryan may or may not have committed against student or faculty. In my opinion, that is of secondary importance. The critical issue in this case is: By what legal fantasy does the university declare itself above the U.S. Constitution?
