Blood on their hands with health-law repeal

Gov. Matt Bevin and the Republicans know that if they repeal the Affordable Care Act, innocent people will die.

Will this make them murderers in the first degree or murderers in the second degree? Even though it is obviously premeditated, maybe their lawyers can get the charges reduced to voluntary manslaughter.
