Stalled on rights restoration
Where is the pressure on Gov. Matt Bevin on review of civil-rights restoration applications and pardons? He was elected to solve issues not make them worse. Where do we as Kentuckians go to stand for our rights? We the people deserve a review with a yes or no answer. We will not go silent on this issue.
