Take Rupp’s advice
The late University of Kentucky coach Adolph Rupp once said, “When we go into a game, we prepare to win, not just show up and have a good game. If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail. If you are not prepared, then during the game, all the hollering and screaming in the world really doesn’t amount to a damn thing.”
