Is Barr afraid?
I read in the Herald-Leader that in this congressional break, U.S. Rep. Andy Barr held his only town hall meeting in Mount Sterling in the early morning. Voters need to ask why Barr avoided holding a meeting in Lexington, where most of his constituents live.
