Dig deeper in pockets

I just read the article, “Bill would put $7.5 million a year in trust fund to help Kentucky’s coal regions.”

I’m sorry, but fiscal courts spend that much alone on new drapes and carpet for their offices, let alone the cost of new vehicles.

The Senate will have to come up with a whole lot more than that, I’m afraid.
