Pett on the mark

Thanks to Joel Pett for his March 29 cartoon statement regarding University of Kentucky animal testing. If I were not so outraged about this practice, I would shed a few tears. Those individuals who can go to work every day and perform these despicable acts are beyond evil; they are sick.
