Border wall has limits

Considering law enforcement’s interception of a jet airplane load of drugs here in Lexington last week, I gotta ask: How high would President Donald Trump’s wall on the Mexican border need to be to prevent drug shipments by air?

I’m not sure this country could mix that much concrete.
