McConnell hurts democracy
When in the not-too-distant future, historians record the failure of the American democracy, they will look to the election of Sen. Mitch McConnell as the beginning of the end. His focus on achieving power, keeping his job, refusing to compromise, hyper-partisanship, and not keeping his oath to uphold and protect the Constitution has been the nail in the coffin of this wonderful experiment. I am so sorry for my children and grandchildren.
