No place for religion
In regard to Herald-Leader editorial, “Sen. Albert Robinson’s hollow fruits;” article. “Lawmakers want documents dated ‘in the Year of Our Lord;’” and commentary, “Draw a line against anti-Semitism, inhumanity”:
The U.S. form of government is a constitutional republic, whereas Robinson and his religious lackeys in the General Assembly supporting non-existing religious entities are acts of subversion against the U.S. Constitution.
Whether your religion is Judaism, Christianity or Islam, one’s support for the return of a mythical religious entity is advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government and the establishment of a master, lord or king over the people of the United States.
Life forms on the planet Earth evolved over billions of years to become human, and from that evolution came the population in the American colonies, which through elected representatives, issued the Constitution that declared all Americans equal.
And, based on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution declaring equality, Robinson and others should stand down.
We have no masters and, at present, there are no religious police to make you pray or cover your body. This is the United States of America.
