Torture and kill them

During the Vietnam War, an operation called the Phoenix Program was designed to neutralize the enemy; it worked. Operated by the CIA, this program eliminated thousands of bad guys across Vietnam. It was ruthless and exacting in its brutality and saved the lives of countless American soldiers. The program was one of the most effective counterintelligence operations in world history.

Now the entire world is faced with an evil as deadly as communism. Islamic terrorism threatens the whole world, and no country is free from its destruction and carnage. It’s time for the world community to declare war on these thugs. The leadership of civilized nations must root out these evil purveyors of death. Assassination, torture and crude punishment without limits must be employed to defeat the monsters. Candles, prayers, flowers and teddy bears will not curb their violence; only stronger force and their elimination will.

Killing innocent children in Manchester should be the final straw for the world. Drive them to hell where they belong. Politically correct lemmings, get out of the way.
