Board is pro-veterinarian

I wonder if Kentucky pet owners are aware that when you file a complaint to the Board of Kentucky Veterinarian Examiners about a Kentucky veterinarian, your complaint is then sent to the veterinarian for his or her answer. The pet owner does not get to see the answer from the vet until the board rules on the complaint. To me, this is bias.

The Board of Kentucky Veterinarian Examiners are not there to protect Kentucky pet owners, but to protect veterinarians. The only option for pet owners is to hire a lawyer. Only a few, if any, lawyers will take your case, if your pet is an expensive race horse.
