Bevin not rockin’ it
Painted rocks? Seriously? This is what Gov. Matt Bevin comes up with to fight the opioid epidemic? Maybe he’ll pray over them before he hides them. They’ll be magical, miracle rocks to save those fighting addiction, while he cuts Medicaid funding for treatment. Dumb as a box of rocks. We deserve better.
