Fix Gardenside tennis courts

I’ve made several calls to the Lexington parks department about the deplorable condition of the tennis courts in the Gardenside area. Large cracks run the full length of the courts, making it nearly impossible not to have do-overs. It’s time for the city to return calls and take action.
