Hat doesn’t make the man

Twitter

I am aghast. Why are people burning “Make America great again” hats? Are they infected with some terrible virus? Are they instruments of dark magic as in the world of Harry Potter?

Personally, I think they are just cheap hats, initially produced to keep a really bad comb-over from revealing the wearer is bald.

I assume that most of these pyros are mad because the guy making money from said hats lied to them.

Maybe if they had used the $25 they spent on the hat to invest in a subscription to any one of many “fake news” publications, they would have known they were supporting a lying, flip-flopping, fornicating, racial discriminating, charity cheating, fake university promoting, know-nothing reality show con man.

In short, don’t take it out on the lid. The problem wasn’t the hat, but its resting place.
