Fans should join NFL protest

I was proud to see all the recent protests by NFL players, owners and personnel. I was disappointed in the fans. There should have tens of thousands of them sitting in support during the national anthem.

It was also disappointing that no college teams, fans or students led the way on this issue the day before. I will never feel compelled or obligated to stand for the anthem again.
