Sell unneeded state property
One way the state of Kentucky could come up with millions of dollars for the Kentucky Retirement System would be to sell surplus property located all over the state, which is not needed, not being used and never will be. I worked for the state of Kentucky for 35 years, and I observed acres and acres of land that the state owns which is not being used. By selling the surplus property, this would put millions, maybe billions, in the retirement system.
