The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, the executive action signed by former President Barack Obama, is unconstitutional.

President Donald Trump had an obligation to rescind the order. His team is correct in encouraging Congress to create a bill that decides the fate of the offspring of illegal immigrants.

I would suggest that Congress offer special visas to allow some to remain part of our society, but they should not be granted full citizenship. Their parents did not follow the rules for citizenship, and our country needs to uphold our current laws.

The adults should have been deported. The children, who are now adults, should remain in our society on the condition that they have jobs and pay taxes to support our infrastructure.
