Trump, GOP serve the 1 percent
By now even the most obtuse supporter of President Donald Trump should be able to glean from the Republican tax proposals that Deceitful Donnie and his conniving GOP cohorts will not be the saviors of the middle-class worker — a middle class that, because of Republican policies, shrinks every day. Soon we will be a third-world nation of haves and have-nots. It is obvious to anyone with a scintilla of perception that the GOP does not serve the country, but only itself and its wealthy 1 percent overlords, of which the president is one.
