Did he drink the water?

The photo of Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg laughing in front of a computer screen in Hazard fails to show the bottle of water I am sure he was drinking. I certainly hope that in his philanthropy, he dropped enough money to put in a functioning, state-of-the-art sewage treatment and water plant in Hazard to take care of the problem of human excrement in the Kentucky River. Yes, broadband is as important as running water, but only if the water is drinkable.
