Whacked-out column

I could spend hours responding to all the whacked-out claims made in the commentary, “Could the current GOP bring facism to the U.S?” All that effort, however, would lead only to the inevitable conclusion easily recognized in the first couple of paragraphs: This bit of political tripe is no more than foolishness.
