Flunkies and fools in Congress

The GOP Congress continues to sell out its self-respect and integrity and look like fools, flunkies and lickspittles protecting our odious president and endangering our country by trying to derail the legitimate Russian investigation, even stooping to McCarthy-like shenanigans. I offer them a slightly altered Thomas More quote: “It profits a man nothing to give his soul for the whole world ... but for Trump?”
