Muslims in the United States have their right to worship as they desire protected by the Bill of Rights, just as other people of faith have a right to worship as they see fit. People of the Muslim faith are welcomed here.
According to the First Amendment, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
The Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. wanted people to get along with each other. He was assassinated for his efforts. Maybe one day terrorists will learn what some countries have gone through so that people might have freedom to live their own lives as they see fit.
