Mosque condemns Paris attacks

The executive committee of Masjid Bilal of Lexington condemns the killing of innocent civilians in Paris, France.

It was a heinous crime against humanity and not representative of Islam or Muslims. It was terrorism, plain and simple.

We express our sorrow and grief for the loss of at least 129 innocent lives and pray for peace and tranquility for the loved ones in particular, and for the French in general.

Muhammad Qureshi

Lexington
