Paper disrespects Lincoln
Well, the Herald-Leader did it again, or rather did not do it — note that Feb. 12 was Abraham Lincoln’s birthday.
The paper lists people who are no account but can’t note Kentucky’s president’s birthday.
Yes, I knew Presidents Day was coming; but in Kentucky, Lincoln should be accorded some acknowledgement. I guess it’s because Lincoln was a Republican and, therefore, has to be treated as all Republicans are in the “Herald-Liberal”: badly.
