What would Justice Scalia say?

As someone near and dear to me said, “What would Justice Scalia say the Constitution requires President Obama to do?”

Furthermore, what would he have to say to Sen. Mitch McConnell?

I agree with the Herald-Leader’s editorial: McConnell embarrassed himself and me. Our country needs better and more responsible leadership in the Senate, leadership that stands above the political fray, as Scalia surely would agree, and as captured by Joel Pett’s contribution Tuesday.
