Bevin untrustworthy
During the gubernatorial campaign, Matt Bevin promised he’d release his tax returns after he was elected. After he was elected, when asked if he would fulfill that promise, he simply replied no.
This establishes two important facts beyond question. Bevin is a liar and he breaks promises.
