Only white lives lost to terrorism seem to matter

All of us are shocked and disgusted by the terror attacks and loss of life in Brussels, Belgium. All the TV and other media covered this almost non-stop for days, perhaps rightly so.

There also was a terror attack and 30-plus lives lost in Baghdad two days after that, and then a terror attack in Lahore, Pakistan, with 60-plus casualties, women and children. There has been hardly any coverage here of the carnage in Iraq and Pakistan.

I don’t have a personal dog in the fight, but I do wonder if this is a case of “Only White Lives Matter.”
