Adjust rules of engagement

The current White House administration is so concerned with collateral damage, it places very restrictive requirements on the military’s rules of engagement. Recall the reluctance to strike ISIS oil convoys. This oil sold on the black market fuels ISIS’s needed cash flow. However, the administration hardly blinks an eye when we, the world, suffer the carnage of Paris, San Bernardino and Brussels. The scales of Lady Justice need recalibration.
